Jim “Dadda” Krill

I have to admit, I love being a father. Especially to two beautiful little girls.  They are my world, and of all the things I love in the world, they come a close second behind their beautiful mommy.

Speaking of those other things I love… I do love to write/record/play music, to dream in words, to play and watch soccer, and all things nerdy/geeky/techy!

My dream is to travel the world with my girls, and show them the diversity, complexity, fragility and beauty of humanity.

Amalea Lorayne Krill

Amalea (AH-MAH-LEE-AH) is the oldest and is as bright as the sun!  She has just as much energy as the sun as well.

Some things Amalea loves to do include dancing to Raffi songs (especially songs on Bannaphone), watching her favorite shows (Elmo, Finding Nemo, Dora, and Super Why!), drinking Apple Juice, coloring circles and triangles, going on walks and bike rides to Dairy Queen with daddy to get Blizzards, swinging on the swings at the park, playing with Bella (her grandparents dog), getting tickled by Dadda, talking to her stuffed animals, and much much more!

Is there anything Amalea does NOT like to do?  Well, besides being held down or made to sit still, not really!  She especially loves people and will wave hello to just about anyone and everyone.

Maya Louise Krill

Maya is our newest addition, and such a bundle of joy!  It’s already obvious she is going to be very different than Amalea.  Not that that is good or bad, but just that it will be interesting to see what she is like.  She seems very mellow and likes to sleep alot.

At the time of writing this, she is only two days old – so she doesn’t have many likes or dislikes.  She likes to sleep, eat, pee and poop.  That pretty much covers it…
